General Terms and Conditions of Use – CertifDrone

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") is to define the terms and conditions for making available and using the services of the CertifDrone site (hereinafter "the Site"). Access to and use of the Site implies the unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the user. In case of non-acceptance, the user must refrain from accessing the services.

1. Service Presentation

CertifDrone is an online training platform (e-learning) dedicated to the theoretical preparation of civil drone remote pilot exams, in accordance with European regulations (EU) 2019/947 and (EU) 2019/945. The Site offers: • Educational course materials. • Thematic question banks (MCQs). • Mock exam simulators (Open Categories A1/A3, A2 and Specific Category CATS). Important warning: CertifDrone is an independent preparation tool. The Site is not the certificate-issuing authority. Official exams must be taken on regulatory portals (AlphaTango for DGAC or exam centers like OCEANE).

2. Site Access and Account Creation

2.1 Eligibility Access to the Site is open to any natural person aged at least 14 years (minimum legal age for remote piloting in the open category in France). Use by a minor remains under the responsibility of their legal representatives. 2.2 Personal nature of access Access to the training modules is strictly personal, individual and non-transferable. It is forbidden to share, lend or resell your login credentials to a third party. Any simultaneous connection with the same credentials on several devices may lead to the automatic and definitive suspension of the account, without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All the content of the Site (texts, question banks, educational explanations, algorithms, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of CertifDrone and is protected by laws relating to intellectual property. The following are strictly prohibited: • Any reproduction, screenshot, database extraction or distribution of questions and corrections on social networks, forums or other media. • Any commercial use of the contents without prior written agreement. • The use of "bots" or data scraping software. Any violation of this clause exposes the user to immediate termination of their access and legal proceedings.

4. Responsibilities and Limitation of Warranty

4.1 Nature of the obligation CertifDrone undertakes to implement all necessary means to provide high-quality training in compliance with the EASA regulations in force. This is an obligation of means and not of result. 4.2 Exclusion of liability for exams CertifDrone does not guarantee the success of the user in official exams. In no case can the platform be held responsible for a failure, nor for the registration fees incurred with official bodies (DGAC, DSAC, etc.). 4.3 Use of drones in real conditions The Site provides theoretical training. The remote pilot remains the sole and unique person responsible for the compliance of their real flights, the verification of the state of their equipment and the respect of flight zones. CertifDrone declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, infringement or damage caused by the user when using a drone.

5. Service Availability

CertifDrone strives to ensure access 24/7, subject to maintenance periods or technical failures beyond its control. The Site cannot be held responsible for damages linked to a temporary unavailability of the service.

6. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

CertifDrone collects data (identity, email, progression statistics) to ensure educational monitoring and the functioning of the spaced repetition algorithm. In accordance with GDPR, the user has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their data. For more details, the user is invited to consult the Site's Privacy Policy.

7. Modification of the T&Cs

CertifDrone reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The modifications are opposable to the users as soon as they are put online. It is advisable to regularly consult this page.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, express competence is attributed to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of the Site publisher.
