General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These GTS aim to define the contractual relationship between the CertifDrone site publisher (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Subscriber") subscribing to an account on the platform.

CertifDrone offers three levels of access, billed monthly (except for the free offer): • DISCOVERY Plan (Free): Limited access to A1/A3 training, restricted MCQ banks and limited tracking features. Offered for life at no cost. • PILOTE Plan (€14.90 incl. VAT / month): Full access to A1, A2 (BAPD) and A3 training. Includes mock exam simulators, detailed progress tracking and all educational features. • COMMANDANT - Pro Plan (€25.00 incl. VAT / month): Access to the entire catalog, including A1, A2, A3 training and specific CATS preparation (STS-01 and STS-02 scenarios).

3.1 Ordering process The Subscriber selects their plan on the Site. The validation of the order implies the acceptance of these GTS and the T&Cs. 3.2 Secure payment The payment of subscriptions is made via the Stripe secure payment platform. The Subscriber enters their bank details directly on the Stripe secure interface. The payment is recurring: the Subscriber is debited automatically each month on the anniversary date of the subscription.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a material support whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal. By validating their order and immediately accessing the training tools (MCQs, courses, simulators), the Subscriber expressly accepts that the service begins before the end of the legal period of 14 days and acknowledges that they thus lose their right of withdrawal. No refund will be made after the activation of access to paid services.

5.1 Duration The subscription is concluded for a duration of one month, tacitly renewable for successive periods of one month. 5.2 Termination by the user The Subscriber can end their subscription at any time, without notice, directly from their Profile Space on the Site. The termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Subscriber retains access to their services until the expiration of the month already paid. No further debit will be made after the validation of the termination.

Each account is strictly personal. It is prohibited to share your access with third parties. CertifDrone reserves the right to suspend without refund any account presenting signs of suspicious or abnormal simultaneous connections (see T&Cs).

The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of: • Temporary interruption of the service for technical maintenance. • Failure of the Subscriber in official exams (obligation of educational means only). • Problems related to the Stripe payment platform.

The information requested during the order is necessary for subscription management and billing. They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Stripe securely keeps payment data; CertifDrone does not have access to the credit card numbers of its users.

These GTS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Subscriber is invited to contact CertifDrone's customer service. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
